Yes, I am an in-network provider for Cigna/Evernorth.

If I'm not in-network with your insurance, I can submit claims on your behalf using Reimbursify to simplify the out-of-network insurance reimbursement process.

What should I expect during our first session?

I approach our first meeting as a "get-to-know-you" session (often called an intake). We’ll spend time exploring what brought you here, your personal history, and what you’re hoping to achieve. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity for you to see how it feels to talk with me. Therapy works best when you feel safe and understood and it's my job to put you at ease as you begin your journey.
