I’m the Founder of Empowered Minds Therapy and a Licensed Professional Counselor. My experience helps clients get to the root of the issue by recognizing their strengths, building confidence, and ultimately living with greater purpose. My passion is to support adolescents and adults who are ready to move beyond self-doubt and step into their full potential — to feel grounded, resilient, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, women's issues (including parenting, pregnancy, fertility, and postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as sexism and societal pressures women face today), trauma, and learning differences.

​Using a safe, respectful and non-judgmental approach, my goal is to give you the tools you need to find your inner strength and feel validated, empowered, and ready to tackle whatever obstacles you face in the future. My approach is integrative, inclusive, and personalized, celebrating everyone's unique qualities, perspectives, and experiences. I tailor therapy for the individual client and pull from multiple therapeutic modalities, like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
